Michelle’s journey into specialized wellness began with a foundational commitment to patient care. Starting her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she gained invaluable, hands-on clinical experience before graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2013.
Over the last decade, Michelle has cultivated an exceptionally diverse medical background. Her career spans critical specialties including dermatology, school nursing, travel nursing, correctional medicine, and mental health. This vast exposure allowed her to transition into a highly specialized role focusing on complex mental health nursing and treatment-resistant depression.
It was during her time spent in dermatology and mental health that Michelle developed a profound respect for the connection between the mind and the body. Witnessing how skin health impacts self-esteem, and how internal wellness dictates physical vitality, she realized her ultimate calling: combining her rigorous medical expertise with a passion for holistic aesthetics.
Today, Michelle guides Morganton Glow Co. with a patient-first approach, blending clinical precision with deep empathy to deliver aesthetic and wellness services that honor each client's unique goals.
